I started out in Communications and Advocacy, working in the Health and Community sectors.
Through volunteer work, I saw how people struggled—not just with external challenges but with the weight of their own thoughts. I learned how to listen, how to sit with uncertainty, how to help others make sense of things. Counselling became a natural next step.

My approach is influenced by Carl Rogers' person-centred therapy—the belief that people have the capacity for growth when given the right space to explore their thoughts without judgment. I also draw from Carl Jung’s ideas on self-discovery, helping clients untangle unconscious patterns and move toward a more integrated sense of self.

Now, I help people find clarity, perspective, and direction. Not by giving answers, but by working alongside them as they find their own.
